Hemsworth Services completed a full Phase 1 refurbishment of an established industrial and warehouse unit, transforming outdated office, kitchen, lobby and warehouse areas into a modern, secure and fully operational commercial workspace.
The project involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment programme, upgrading the building’s infrastructure, improving staff facilities, enhancing security and creating a more efficient working environment.

Energy Efficiency Improvements
As part of the refurbishment programme, Hemsworth Services implemented a range of improvements to enhance the building’s efficiency and overall performance.
The works helped improve the property’s Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating from a D to a C, increasing the building’s energy efficiency and creating a more sustainable and cost-effective working environment for future occupiers.
