Rather than undertaking a full refurbishment, the decision was made to focus on cleaning, essential maintenance and safety improvements, ensuring the property was brought up to a safe, presentable and lettable standard as efficiently as possible.
Safety Compliance

Internal Decoration & Cleaning

- Existing hob and oven professionally cleaned.
- Replaced all internal doors upstairs to improve the property’s overall presentation and condition.
General Maintenance
- Addressed maintenance issues identified during the works.
- Replaced all upstairs doors.
- Completed general remedial works where required to ensure the property was safe and ready for new tenants.
External Improvements
- Garden cleared and tidied.
- Front and rear external areas left clean, presentable and ready for use.
