External Renovation
- Repaired and repainted the front elevation of the property.
- Repainted rear garden walls to improve the outdoor appearance.
- Repaired front guttering to improve drainage and protect the property from future water damage.
Kitchen Upgrade
The existing kitchen was refreshed with a practical modernisation programme, including:
- Replacement kitchen cupboard doors.

Compliance & Safety Works

- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) completed.
- Gas Safety Certificate obtained.
- All necessary upgrades have been carried out to ensure a minimum EPC rating of C – including, but not limited to, new LED lighting, thermostats, and insulation.
Internal Refurbishment & Decoration
- Fully painted and decorated all rooms throughout the property.
